Description

This Pepperoni Naan Pizza is a quick and easy way to satisfy your pizza craving. Ready in just 15 minutes, it’s perfect for a simple lunch, a snack, or a light dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 naan bread
  • 3 tablespoons pizza sauce, or to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, or to taste
  • 10 slices pepperoni, or to taste

Optional Serving Suggestions:

  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Jalapeño ranch dressing, for dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat and Assemble: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) with the rack in the top third of the oven. Place naan bread on a baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the naan. Top with mozzarella cheese and arrange pepperoni slices on top.
  • Bake: Bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Broil for a minute or two to brown the cheese, if desired.
  • Serve: Transfer to a plate and slice. Serve with sliced tomatoes and jalapeño ranch dressing, if desired.

Notes
