- 1 whole egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Slice zucchini: Slice zucchini thinly, sprinkle with salt, and let sit for 20 minutes.
- Bake zucchini: Pat dry and bake zucchini slices for 10 minutes.
