Description

This Whipped Pink Lemonade is a fun and refreshing twist on classic lemonade. The combination of tangy pink lemonade and fluffy whipped cream creates a delightful and creamy beverage that’s perfect for a hot day or a special treat.

  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons pink lemonade mix (such as Country Time), divided
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Make Whipped Cream: In a medium bowl, beat together ¼ cup of pink lemonade mix and heavy whipping cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
  2. Prepare Lemonade: Divide the remaining 2 tablespoons of pink lemonade mix between two glasses. Add ¾ cup water to each glass and stir until the mix dissolves. Fill the glasses about ⅔ full with ice cubes.
  3. Assemble and Serve: Top each glass with a generous amount of the pink lemonade whipped cream. Stir the whipped cream into the lemonade before drinking.
