			For Watermelon Fries:
- 1 watermelon, rind removed and cut into long fry-like shapes
 - 2 tsp Tajin Classic Seasoning
 
For Dip:
- 1 cup coconut yogurt
 - Zest and juice of 1 lime
 - 1 tbsp coconut sugar, or to taste
 
Instructions
- Prepare the Dip: In a bowl, combine coconut yogurt, lime juice and zest, and coconut sugar. Mix well and set aside.
 - Prepare the Watermelon Fries: On a plate, arrange the watermelon fries and sprinkle Tajin Classic Seasoning over them.
 - Serve: Serve the watermelon fries with the prepared coconut lime dip and enjoy!
