- 3/4–1 cup non-dairy milk*
 
Additional:
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
 - 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - 1/4 cup greek or non-dairy yogurt
 - 2 tbsp lemon juice (about 1 large lemon)
 - 1 tbsp lemon zest (optional)
 - Pinch of salt
 
Instructions
- Mix Ingredients: Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl or a tupperware container. Mix well to combine.
 - Refrigerate: Cover the bowl or container and refrigerate overnight or for at least 2 hours to allow the oats to thicken.
 - Serve: Stir the oats before serving. Enjoy with fresh blueberries and extra yogurt if desired.

- You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey/maple syrup.
