			Ingredients:
- 8 oz whole grain pasta (penne, bowtie, rotini, shells)
 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
 - 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and transfer to a mixing bowl.
 - Season the Pasta: Add lemon juice and mix well. Then add nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Toss to coat.
 - Air Fryer Method: Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Spread pasta chips evenly in the air fryer basket (cook in batches if needed). Cook for 8-12 minutes, shaking occasionally for even cooking.
 - Oven Method: Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange pasta chips in a single layer. Bake for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
 - Let cool for 10 minutes to crisp up further before serving.
