These Sweet & Spicy Ground Turkey & Broccoli Bowls are a perfect balance of flavors and textures. The savory ground turkey is coated in a sweet and spicy sauce, served with tender broccoli over a bed of fluffy brown rice. Customize the heat level to suit your taste!

			For the Ground Turkey:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - 1 lb ground turkey (lean or extra lean)
 
For the Sauce:
- 1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
 - 2 tablespoons honey
 - 2 to 4 teaspoons Sriracha
 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
 - 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
 - 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
 
For the Bowls:
- 12 oz Broccoli Florets, cut into bite-size pieces
 - 3 cups cooked brown rice, or rice of your choice
 
Garnishes (optional):
- Sesame seeds
 - Green onions
 - Extra Sriracha sauce
 - Extra sweet Chili Sauce
 
Instructions
- Cook the Ground Turkey: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground turkey until fully cooked.
 - Prepare the Sauce: In a glass measuring cup or bowl, whisk together the chili sauce, honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and grated ginger.
 - Cook the Turkey with Sauce: Pour the sauce over the cooked ground turkey and simmer until the sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt to taste.
 - Steam the Broccoli: Steam the broccoli until just tender.
 - Assemble the Bowls: Divide the rice, ground turkey mixture, and steamed broccoli among 4 bowls.
 - Garnish: Top with additional chili sauce and/or Sriracha, sesame seeds, and green onions as desired.
