			Sugar Cookie Truffles:
- 2 cups crushed sugar cookies (about 10-12 sugar cookies)
 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
 
Coating:
- 1 bag (10 oz) vanilla flavored melting wafers
 - Red & green sprinkles
 
Instructions
- Prepare Cookie Truffle Mixture: Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or tin foil. Crush sugar cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor. Combine cookie crumbs and softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl until well mixed.
 - Form Truffle Balls: Roll the mixture into 1 tablespoon-sized balls and place on the prepared sheet. Freeze for 10 minutes.
 - Coat Truffles: Melt wafers according to package instructions. Dip each truffle into the melted wafers using a fork, then return to the sheet. Drizzle with more melted wafers and sprinkle with decorations.
 - Chill and Serve: Freeze coated truffles for 5 minutes, then store in the fridge until ready to enjoy.
