- 2 1/2 cups peaches, peeled and sliced (about 3 peaches)
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
Syrup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix the topping: Combine oatmeal, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and melted butter until crumbly. Spread half in a greased 9×9 pan.
- Add the fruit: Layer peaches and strawberries over the crust.
- Make the syrup: Cook brown sugar, cornstarch, salt, and water in a saucepan until thickened. Stir in vanilla and pour over the fruit.
- Finish the topping: Sprinkle the remaining topping over the fruit.
- Bake: Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
