Description
A hearty and flavorful slow cooker recipe featuring tender steak, potatoes, and sweet corn all cooked to perfection in a savory garlic butter sauce.

			Steak:
- 1.5 lbs. steak, cubed (sirloin recommended)
 
Potatoes:
- 1 lbs. gold or baby potatoes, whole or halved
 
Corn:
- 3 corn on the cob, halved or cut into thirds
 
Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 1/2 cup salted butter
 - 4 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
 - 2 tsp. salt
 - 1/2 tsp. pepper
 - 1 tsp. paprika
 - 1 tsp. thyme
 - 1/2 tsp. rosemary
 - 1/2 tsp. onion powder
 
Instructions
- Add the halved corn to one side of the slow cooker.
 - Place the cubed steak in the middle.
 - Melt the butter in a small bowl in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
 - Spoon the butter mixture over the steak and potatoes.
 - Cover and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours until potatoes are tender.
 
Add the potatoes to the other side.
Add the garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, rosemary, and onion powder. Mix well.
Serve with the garlic butter sauce from the slow cooker over everything.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can sprinkle fresh herbs like parsley or chives before serving.
