Description

This Slow Cooker Spinach Artichoke Dip is a classic appetizer that’s easy to make and perfect for any gathering. Creamy, cheesy, and packed with flavor, it’s a guaranteed crowd-pleaser!

  • 14 ounces artichoke hearts, drained and chopped finely
  • 8 ounces fresh baby spinach

Instructions

  1. Prep Slow Cooker: Lightly spray the inside of the slow cooker with cooking spray.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Add all ingredients to the slow cooker and stir until well combined.
  3. Cook: Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours, or until the dip is heated through and the cheese is melted.
  4. Serve: Serve warm with pita chips, crackers, tortilla chips, or fresh vegetables like carrots and celery.

Notes

  • For a smoother dip, you can use a hand blender to blend the ingredients after cooking.
  • If you don’t have fresh spinach, you can use frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry.
  • For a spicier dip, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
  • You can adjust the amount of garlic to your liking.
  • This dip can be made ahead of time and reheated in the slow cooker on low.
