 - 8 ounces fresh baby spinach

 - 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
 
Instructions
- Prep Slow Cooker: Lightly spray the inside of the slow cooker with cooking spray.
 - Combine Ingredients: Add all ingredients to the slow cooker and stir until well combined.
 - Cook: Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours, or until the dip is heated through and the cheese is melted.
 - Serve: Serve warm with pita chips, crackers, tortilla chips, or fresh vegetables like carrots and celery.
 
Notes
- For a smoother dip, you can use a hand blender to blend the ingredients after cooking.
 - If you don’t have fresh spinach, you can use frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry.
 - For a spicier dip, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
 - You can adjust the amount of garlic to your liking.
 - This dip can be made ahead of time and reheated in the slow cooker on low.
