- 1 pound baby Yukon gold potatoes

For the Sauce:
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
