- 2 tbsp sweetener of choice
- 2 tsp oil (optional for crispy waffles)
Instructions
- Prepare the Batter: Whisk the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Stir in the wet ingredients until a batter forms. Adjust the consistency by adding more liquid if needed.
- Cook the Waffles: Preheat the waffle iron and grease it well. Pour the batter into the iron, close it, and cook until the waffle is light and crispy. Repeat for the remaining batter, regreasing the iron as needed.
