Description

These Pickle Dip Pinwheels are a perfect blend of creamy, tangy, and savory flavors all rolled up into a delightful bite-sized treat. Great for parties, gatherings, or simply as a fun snack!


Ingredients

Cream Cheese Mixture:

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened

Filling:

  • 1 1/2 cups diced deli ham
  • 1 1/2 cups diced dill pickle spears

Wraps:

  • 67 taco-sized tortillas

Instructions

  1. Dice Ingredients: Dice the ham and pickles into small pieces and set aside.
  2. Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Fold in the diced ham and pickles until well combined.
  3. Assemble Pinwheels: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on each tortilla, leaving a 1/2″ margin on the sides. Roll up the tortillas tightly.
  4. Chill: Wrap the rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about an hour.
  5. Slice and Serve: Remove from the refrigerator and slice the rolls into approximately 1″ rounds. Serve and enjoy!
