For the Glaze:

- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sauté Vegetables: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until softened. Add bell peppers and garlic; cook until softened and fragrant. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Cook Steak: Add shaved steak to the same skillet and cook, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, until browned. Season with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Make Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, thyme, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Assemble Sliders: Arrange the bottom halves of the Hawaiian rolls in the prepared baking dish. Top with half of the provolone cheese, half of the sautéed vegetables, all of the cooked steak, the remaining provolone cheese, and the remaining sautéed vegetables. Place the top halves of the rolls on top and brush with the glaze.
- Bake: Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve: Remove from oven, slice into individual sliders, and serve immediately.
