Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a rimmed baking sheet by spraying it with cooking spray or lining it with foil for easy cleanup.
  2. Toss Potatoes with Pesto and Seasonings: In a large bowl, combine the baby potatoes with 1 tablespoon of pesto along with kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper. Toss well until the potatoes are evenly coated.
