Description

These Parmesan Garlic Roasted Potatoes are a simple yet flavorful side dish that’s perfect for any meal. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, they’re coated in a delicious garlic and herb mixture and topped with Parmesan cheese for an irresistible flavor.


Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Toss with Parmesan and Parsley: In a bowl, combine grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Add the roasted potatoes and toss gently to coat. The cheese will melt slightly and create a delicious coating.
