 - 1 cup heavy cream
 - 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
 - 2 cups uncooked medium shell pasta
 - 8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
 - Salt and pepper, to taste
 
Instructions
- Brown Beef and Sauté Onions: In a Dutch oven or large pot, brown ground beef and onions over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat.
 - Add Flavorings: Stir in tomato paste, garlic powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
 - Add Liquids and Pasta: Pour in beef broth, heavy cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil, then add pasta.
 - Simmer: Reduce heat and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed, about 12-13 minutes.
 - Stir in Cheese: Remove from heat and stir in Velveeta cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
 - Serve: Let sit for a couple of minutes to allow the sauce to thicken, then serve hot.
