- 3 cups carrots, shredded
 - 1 cup raisins
 
For the Dressing:

 - 1 tbsp grainy mustard
 - 1 tsp salt

 - 1 tsp cumin
 - 2 tbsp honey
 - 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
 - 1/4 cup olive oil
 
Garnish:
- Fresh cilantro
 
Instructions
- Prepare Carrots: If shredding your own carrots, shred them into your serving bowl. Alternatively, use storebought shredded carrots.
 - Mix Ingredients: Add all the remaining salad ingredients into the bowl and mix well to combine.
 - Season: Taste the salad and adjust salt and pepper to your liking.
 - Chill: Allow the salad to chill for at least 2 hours to let the flavors meld together.
 - Serve: Toss the salad before serving and garnish with fresh cilantro. Enjoy!
