Description

This Meatball Casserole is a comforting and satisfying dish that’s perfect for a family meal. Tender meatballs, nestled on a bed of creamy mashed potatoes, are baked together and topped with melted mozzarella cheese for a truly delicious and easy-to-make casserole.

Instructions

  • Prepare Components: Prepare the Italian meatballs and mashed potatoes according to the linked recipes in the Notes section.
  • Preheat and Assemble: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9×13 inch casserole dish with cooking spray. Spread the mashed potatoes evenly in the bottom of the dish. Arrange the meatballs on top of the mashed potatoes.
