  • 5 slices bacon

  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack, divided
  • 2 jalapeños, minced

  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Bagels:

  • 3 bagels, halved
  • 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced, for garnish

Instructions
