- 8–10 cloves Garlic, finely diced or minced
- 2 Scallion or Green onion, white and green parts separated, chopped

Instructions
- Heat the Instant Pot: Set the Instant Pot to Saute mode. Add oil and toasted sesame oil. Saute garlic and white part of scallions until fragrant.
- Prepare the Noodles: Break spaghetti in half and place them in a zigzag pattern in the Instant Pot. Top with soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili sauce, and brown sugar.
- Cook the Noodles: Add broth, ensuring noodles are covered with liquid. Pressure cook for 5 minutes. Quick release pressure, stir, and let rest for 2 minutes.

Notes
- You can customize the spice level by adjusting the amount of chili sauce used.
- For a vegetarian version, ensure the oyster sauce is vegan-friendly.
