			For the Chicken:
- 1/4 cup honey
 - 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
 - 2 tablespoons whole grain Dijon mustard
 - 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce (or tamari or omit for gluten-free)
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced/grated
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 1/2 cup chicken broth (or water)
 - 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts (or chicken thighs)
 - 2–3 sprigs of rosemary
 
Instructions
- Mix the sauce: Combine honey, mustards, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, salt, pepper, and broth. Toss with chicken in a baking dish.
 - Add rosemary and bake: Place rosemary sprigs between the chicken pieces. Bake at 350F/180C until chicken reaches 165F/75C, about 25-35 minutes.
 - Serve: Top with pan sauce before serving.
