This Ground Turkey Zucchini Skillet is a quick and flavorful one-pan meal that combines tender ground turkey with sautéed zucchini in a savory soy ginger sauce.

Sauce:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1 tsp chili garlic sauce
Skillet:
- 1 small onion
- 1 large zucchini (about 3/4 lb)
- 1 Tbsp cooking oil
- 1 lb. ground turkey
Instructions
- Make the Sauce: Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, cornstarch, water, and chili garlic sauce in a bowl. Set aside.
- Sauté Veggies: Dice onion, slice zucchini. Sauté onion and zucchini until browned. Remove from skillet.
- Cook Turkey: Brown ground turkey in the skillet.
- Combine: Add sautéed veggies back to skillet with turkey. Pour sauce over mixture. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Serve: Remove from heat. Serve hot with optional garnishes and rice.
