Instructions

  1. Make the Cookies: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix butter and sugar, add eggs and extracts. Incorporate flour and baking powder into a dough. Form dough balls, flatten with a glass, refrigerate, then bake.
  2. Make the Frosting: Combine all frosting ingredients until smooth and thick.
