- 1/2 small red onion, diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 3 celery stalks, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbles
- 2 teaspoons dried dill
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Combine Chicken and Vegetables:
- In a large bowl, add the shredded cooked chicken, diced red onion, diced red bell pepper, and diced celery.
- Toss to combine.
- Mix Dressing:
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, feta cheese crumbles, dried dill, dried oregano, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Mix until smooth.
- Combine Salad and Dressing:
- Spoon the mayonnaise mixture onto the chicken and vegetable mixture.
