Description

This simple 3-Ingredient Oreo Fudge recipe combines sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate chips, and chopped Oreo cookies to create a rich, creamy, and indulgent treat. Perfect for Oreo lovers, this no-bake fudge sets quickly and offers a delightful combination of smooth white chocolate with crunchy Oreo bits, making it an easy and delicious dessert or snack to enjoy any time.

Ingredients

Scale

Ingredients

  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 ½ cups Oreo cookies, chopped and divided

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pan: Line an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper to prevent sticking and allow for easy removal of the fudge.
  2. Warm the condensed milk and chocolate: Pour the sweetened condensed milk into a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute to warm it. Add the white chocolate chips to the warm condensed milk and stir until the chocolate begins to melt. If not fully melted, microwave for an additional 30 seconds and stir again until smooth.
  3. Mix in most of the Oreos: Quickly stir in all but about ¼ cup of the chopped Oreo cookies. Act fast as the fudge mixture starts to set quickly when cooled.
  4. Spread the mixture: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan and smooth it into an even layer using a spatula, working quickly before it solidifies.
  5. Add remaining Oreos and set: Sprinkle the remaining chopped Oreo pieces evenly on top, gently pressing them into the fudge to adhere. Let the fudge sit at room temperature for about 2 hours until fully set.
  6. Serve: Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper. Cut into bite-sized squares and enjoy your Oreo fudge treats.

Notes

  • Store fudge in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
  • Ensure to press the Oreo pieces gently but firmly into the top to help them stick well.
  • Microwave heating times may vary depending on your microwave wattage; adjust slightly as needed to avoid overheating the chocolate.
  • Use parchment paper with some overhang for easier removal of the fudge from the pan.
