Description

Ingredients

For the Pizza Bases

– 2 (8 inch) tortillas

Seasoning and Topping

– 1 tablespoon olive oil or olive oil cooking spray
– 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
– 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– 1/2 cup pizza sauce
– 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
– 6-8 slices pepperoni or toppings of choice


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer: Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and allow it to preheat for a few minutes.
  2. Prepare the seasoning mixture: Mix the grated parmesan cheese with Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
  3. Prepare the tortillas: Brush or spray both sides of each tortilla with olive oil, then sprinkle with half of the parmesan-Italian seasoning mixture, reserving the rest for topping.
  4. Add the sauce and toppings: Spread pizza sauce evenly over each tortilla. Top with pepperoni slices and shredded mozzarella. Sprinkle remaining parmesan-Italian seasoning mixture on top of each pizza.
  5. Cook the pizzas: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place one tortilla pizza into the basket and cook for 4-5 minutes until the edges are golden and the cheese is melted. Repeat with the second tortilla.
