- 3/4 cup butter
- 11 cups mini marshmallows (about two 10-ounce bags)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 9 cups crispy rice cereal

Instructions
- Melt Butter and Marshmallows: In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the butter and mini marshmallows. Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Continue stirring until the mixture is smooth.
- Add Vanilla: Stir in the vanilla extract until well combined.
- Combine with Cereal: Add the crispy rice cereal to the marshmallow mixture and stir until the cereal is fully coated.
- Press into Pan: Using a buttered spatula or wooden spoon, evenly press the coated Rice Krispie cereal into a 13×9 inch pan that has been coated with cooking spray.
- Add Toppings: While the treats are still warm, top with sprinkles and arrange Peeps on top. Place the Peeps a few inches apart, roughly the size you want each serving to be.
- Cool and Serve: Let the treats cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
- For extra gooey treats, use a little less cereal or a little more marshmallows.
- To prevent sticking, butter your hands or spatula when pressing the treats into the pan.
- You can use different colors of sprinkles and Peeps to customize your treats.
