- 1 (3.4-oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
- 1 (8-oz.) block cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Prepare Oreo Crust: Finely crush Oreos in a food processor. Reserve ¾ cup of crushed Oreos for garnish and transfer the rest to a large bowl. Add melted butter and stir until the mixture starts to hold together, then press it firmly into an even layer in a 9”x9” baking dish.
- Make Pudding: In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to allow it to firm up.
- Mix Cream Cheese & Sugar: Using a hand mixer in a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth with no lumps.
- Whip Cream: In a separate large bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form to create whipped cream.
- Combine Filling: Gently fold the chilled pudding into the cream cheese mixture, then fold in the whipped cream until just combined. Pour this creamy mixture over the Oreo crust and smooth the top with an offset spatula. Sprinkle the reserved crushed Oreos on top for garnish.
- Chill: Refrigerate the dirt cake for at least 3 hours or up to overnight to allow it to set completely.

- You can swap vanilla pudding with chocolate pudding for a different flavor.
