These Crumbl Chocolate Chip Cookies are soft, chewy, and loaded with delicious milk chocolate chips. This copycat recipe replicates the giant, bakery-style cookies that Crumbl is famous for.

- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 large egg

- 1 cup Guittard milk chocolate chips (or your preferred brand)
Instructions
- Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and baking powder. If using unsalted butter, add ½ teaspoon of salt to the dry ingredients.
- Cream Butter and Sugars: In a large bowl or stand mixer, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add Egg and Vanilla: Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing on low speed until just combined.
- Fold in Chocolate Chips: Gently fold in the milk chocolate chips.
- Scoop and Bake: Scoop ½ cup portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart. Bake for 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Cool: Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
