- 1/3 cup bourbon, whiskey, apple juice, or chicken broth
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Cornstarch Slurry:
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons cold water
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, and place them in the crockpot.
- Make the Sauce: In a bowl, combine bourbon, brown sugar, soy sauce, and garlic. Pour over the chicken.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 3 hours.
