			Cinnamon Roll Casserole:
- 2 (12-ounce) tubes cinnamon roll dough, each one cut in quarters
 
Egg Mixture:
- 3 eggs
 - 1/2 cup half-and-half or whipping cream
 - 3 tablespoons maple syrup
 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon
 - 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
 
Optional Topping:
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
 
Instructions
- Spray the Crock Pot: Grease a 6-quart crock pot with cooking spray.
 - Layer Cinnamon Rolls: Place cinnamon roll quarters evenly in the crock pot.
 - Prepare Egg Mixture: In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, half-and-half, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
 - Pour Mixture: Slowly pour the egg mixture on top of the cinnamon rolls.
 - Add Pecans: Sprinkle pecans on top of the mixture.
 - Add Icing: Spoon one container of icing that came with the cinnamon rolls on top.
 - Cook: Cover the crock pot and cook on LOW for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, or until golden brown and set.
 - Finish: Once cooked, turn off the crock pot and spoon the second container of icing on top. Serve warm.
 
Notes
- You can customize this casserole by adding raisins, apples, or other fruits.
 - For a richer flavor, sprinkle some brown sugar between the layers of cinnamon rolls.
