Crispy Brussels Sprouts

  • 1 lb. fresh brussels sprouts, halved or cut into wedges if large
  • 12 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Dijon Aioli

  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 & 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp minced garlic or garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp fresh chopped or dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Oven Method – Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bake on a sheet for 18-20 minutes, tossing halfway, until crispy.
  2. Air Fryer Method – Coat Brussels sprouts with oil, salt, and pepper. Air fry at 380°F for 6 minutes, then toss and cook for 5-7 more minutes until crispy.
  3. Aioli – Mix mayo, olive oil, Dijon, garlic, salt, and pepper. Chill and serve with cooked Brussels sprouts, topped with parsley.
