Description

These Crispy Baked Parmesan Chicken Wings are a delicious and easy way to enjoy flavorful chicken wings without the need for frying. Baked until golden and crispy, they’re then tossed in a flavorful Parmesan and herb mixture for a satisfying and crowd-pleasing appetizer or snack.


Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Parmesan Mixture:

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Season and Bake Wings: Season chicken wings generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Arrange in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Make Parmesan Mixture: While wings are baking, combine Parmesan cheese, parsley, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Toss and Serve: Transfer the baked wings to a large bowl. Add the Parmesan mixture and toss until the wings are evenly coated. Serve immediately.
