  • 1 pound spicy Italian sausage
  • Vegetable Mix:

  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Rice Mixture:

  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream

Instructions
