 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - Salt, to taste
 
For Garnishing:
- More basil leaves, chopped
 - Red pepper flakes
 - Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
 
Instructions
- Preparing the Bruschetta: Begin by coring and dicing the Roma tomatoes into small cubes. Place the diced tomatoes in a bowl and add basil, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt. Toss gently to combine and set aside to marinate.
 - Preparing the Cheese Mixture: In a food processor, combine feta cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil. Puree until smooth and adjust seasoning with salt.
 - Assembling the Dip: Transfer the cheese mixture to a serving dish, top with marinated bruschetta, and garnish with basil, red pepper flakes, and Parmesan cheese.
