Sausage Mixture

- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Cook the Sausage Mixture: In a large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, cover and cook the sausage, diced onion, and minced garlic. Stir occasionally and break the sausage into small pieces until it is thoroughly browned and cooked through.
- Add Tomatoes and Cream Cheese: Once the sausage is browned, reduce the heat to medium and add the diced tomatoes with green chilies and the cream cheese cubes. Stir continuously until the cream cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Melt in the Cheddar Cheese: Add the sharp cheddar cheese to the skillet and stir until it melts completely into the dip, creating a nicely blended and creamy texture.
- Season the Dip: Taste the dip and season with sea salt and ground black pepper as desired. Stir well to incorporate the seasoning evenly.
