Description

These Crack Sticks are a delightful treat made with a cream cheese filling wrapped in sweet cinnamon sugar-coated bread, baked to golden perfection. A perfect combination of sweet and creamy that will have everyone coming back for more.

Ingredients:

  • 16 slices white bread (crust removed)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Cream Cheese Filling: In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy.
  2. Cinnamon Sugar Coating: In another bowl, combine sugar and ground cinnamon.
  3. Butter Dip: Pour melted butter into a third bowl.
  4. Assembly: Cut crusts off bread slices, then roll each slice flat with a rolling pin. Spread cream cheese mixture on each slice, roll up, dip in butter, then coat with cinnamon sugar.
