			Cookie Base:
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
 - 5 1/2 cups mini marshmallows (10 ounce bag)
 - 6 cups rice krispies cereal (crispy rice cereal)
 
Caramel Chocolate Layer:
- 2 cups Kraft caramel bits (11 ounce bag)
 - 2 cups milk chocolate chips (11 ounce bag)
 - 1/4 cup milk
 
Instructions
- Prepare Caramel Chocolate Mixture: Heat butter, caramel bits, chocolate chips, and milk on the stovetop in a large saucepan on LOW heat. Mash caramel bits to aid melting. Stir until smooth and creamy.
 - Add Marshmallows: Remove from heat and add marshmallows. Stir until melted and smooth.
 - Combine with Cereal: Stir in rice krispies cereal until evenly coated.
 - Form Cookies: Spoon cookie mixture onto parchment paper, flatten with a cup, and let cool.
