Description

This Cherry-Berry Iced Tea is a refreshing and flavorful beverage that’s perfect for a hot day. It combines the fruity notes of mixed berry tea with the zesty tang of lemon, the invigorating spice of ginger, the coolness of mint, and the sweetness of honey.


Ingredients

  • 4 mixed berry tea bags
  • 6 cups water
  • Honey, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons sliced ginger
  • 4 tablespoons fresh mint leaves
  • 45 lemon slices

Instructions

  1. Steep Tea: Boil water in a pot or kettle. Pour the boiling water over the tea bags in a heat-safe pitcher. Steep for 8-10 minutes.
  2. Chill: Remove tea bags and chill the tea in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, or until cold.
  3. Add Flavorings: Stir in honey and lemon juice to taste. Add mint leaves, lemon slices, and ginger slices to the pitcher. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
  4. Serve: Fill serving glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled tea over the ice. Enjoy!
