Instructions
- Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease with nonstick cooking spray.
- Prepare Crusts: Let pie crusts warm slightly for easier handling. Lightly dust a work surface with flour and roll out each crust slightly.
- Assemble Bites: Spread a thin layer of caramel topping on one of the crusts. Chop the apple pie filling into smaller pieces and spread evenly over the caramel. Cut the second crust into ½-inch strips and create a lattice pattern over the apple filling. Use a cookie cutter or a knife to cut out circles or squares from the layered crusts.
