			Main Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter
 - 1/2 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
 - 1/2 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
 - 1/2 yellow onion, diced
 
Seasonings:
- 3 1/4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
 - 1 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon ground thyme
 - 1 teaspoon ground paprika
 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
 - 1 bay leaf
 
Rice:
- 1 1/2 cups long-grain white rice
 
Instructions
- Sauté Vegetables: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add diced peppers and onion, sauté until softened.
 - Season and Boil: Add chicken broth, salt, garlic powder, thyme, paprika, pepper, and bay leaf. Bring to a boil.
 - Add Rice: Stir in rice, cover, and simmer.
 - Simmer: Cook for 20-25 minutes until rice is tender.
 - Rest and Fluff: Let it rest for 10 minutes, then fluff with a fork. Serve and enjoy!
