Instructions
- Cook the Chicken: If using frozen chicken tenders, cook them thoroughly according to package instructions. You can also use warm or chilled leftover cooked chicken. Once cooked, lightly chop the chicken and place it in a large mixing bowl.
- Combine Ingredients: Add the chopped lettuce, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl with the chicken. Toss everything lightly to combine the flavors without breaking down the lettuce.
- Prepare the Tortilla: Lay a large tortilla flat on a plate or cutting board. Spoon the filling mixture into the center of the tortilla leaving about a 2-inch border around the edges to make wrapping easier and prevent filling from spilling out.
- Fold the Bottom Edge: Pick up the bottom edge of the tortilla and fold it up over the filling. This fold is crucial to prevent the filling from falling out while eating.
- Fold the Sides: Fold the left and right sides of the tortilla towards the center, partially covering the bottom fold to secure the contents inside.
- Roll the Wrap: Holding the folded sides in place, roll the tortilla away from you, keeping the wrap snug but not too tight to avoid squeezing out the filling. Seal the seam underneath to hold the wrap’s shape.
- Serve: Serve the buffalo chicken wrap immediately with extra ranch dressing on the side for dipping. Enjoy warm or cold based on your preference.
