- 1 egg for wash
 - 1 tsp water
 
Instructions

 - Add everything but the butter to the mixer: Combine flour, sugar, salt, eggs, and yeast mixture. Mix until dough forms.
 - Add softened butter: Incorporate softened butter into the dough mixture until smooth and elastic.
 - Proof the dough: Let the dough rise until doubled in size.
 - Shape into rolls and proof again: Divide dough, shape into balls, and let them proof once more.
 - Brush with egg wash and bake: Brush rolls with egg wash and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
