			Dry Ingredients:
- 1 cup quick cooking oats
 - 1 cup oat flour
 - 2 Tbsp brown sugar
 - 1/2 tsp baking soda
 - 1/2 tsp cinnamon
 - 1/4 tsp salt
 
Wet Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
 - 1/2 cup almond milk
 - 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted and cooled slightly
 - 1/3 cup honey
 - 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
 
Additions:
- 1 cup blueberries
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
 - Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine oats, oat flour, brown sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
 - Combine wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix eggs, almond milk, coconut oil, honey, and vanilla.
 - Combine ingredients: Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients, mix until just combined, then fold in blueberries.
 - Bake: Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 35-40 minutes.
 - Cool and slice: Allow to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice into bars and enjoy!
