  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Wet Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted and cooled slightly
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Additions:

  • 1 cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine oats, oat flour, brown sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Combine wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix eggs, almond milk, coconut oil, honey, and vanilla.
  4. Combine ingredients: Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients, mix until just combined, then fold in blueberries.
