 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder

 - 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
 
Optional for Serving:
- fresh parsley or cilantro
 - ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping
 
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a large baking sheet.
 - Prepare Potatoes: In a large bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil to coat.
 - Season Potatoes: In a small bowl, mix salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Sprinkle shredded parmesan over potatoes, then add seasoning mixture.
 - Bake: Arrange potato wedges on the baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25-35 minutes until golden and tender.
 - Serve: Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with dressing for dipping.
