- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Neutral cooking oil, as needed
Instructions
- Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and brush with oil.
- Make Filling: In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken, Monterey Jack cheese, softened cream cheese, chili powder (or taco seasoning), and salsa. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fill Tortillas: Spoon the chicken filling down the center of each tortilla. Roll up tightly and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
