Description

Indulge in the classic campfire treat with a modern twist using this Air Fryer S’mores recipe. Enjoy perfectly toasted marshmallows and melted chocolate sandwiched between crispy graham crackers, all made quickly and easily in your air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 whole graham crackers (30g)
  • 2 large marshmallows
  • 1 (1.45-ounce/41g) chocolate bar

Instructions

  1. Prepare graham crackers
    Break the graham cracker sheets in half to create 4 squares. This will form the base and top of your s’mores.
  2. Toast marshmallows
    Place 2 graham cracker halves in the air fryer base. Cut or tear off ¼-inch from the bottom of 2 marshmallows to expose the sticky interior. Place the sticky side of the marshmallows on the graham cracker halves to prevent them from flying off during cooking. Air fry at 350°F for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown and puffy.
  3. Melt chocolate
    Place the other two graham cracker halves in the air fryer. Top each with ½ of the chocolate bar, stacking if necessary. Air fry at 350°F for 1 more minute to melt the chocolate.
  4. Assemble s’mores
    Carefully remove the graham crackers from the air fryer using a small spatula. Press the chocolate side of one graham cracker over the top of the marshmallow. Let rest for 1 to 2 minutes before eating to allow the marshmallow to cool slightly and the chocolate to set.

Notes

  • For less melted chocolate, air fry only the marshmallow half, then press the chocolate on top of the soft marshmallow before adding the top graham cracker.
  • Cooking time may vary depending on your air fryer model. Check marshmallows after 2 minutes and adjust as needed.
  • For subsequent batches with a preheated air fryer, reduce marshmallow cooking time to 1-2 minutes to prevent burning.
  • Allow s’mores to cool for 1-2 minutes before eating to avoid burns from hot marshmallow.
