This Air Fryer Parmesan Crusted Chicken recipe is a delicious and easy way to prepare tender and juicy chicken with a crispy coating. Using simple ingredients like Parmesan, panko breadcrumbs, and mayonnaise, this dish is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Large Chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Parmesan shredded
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 cup real mayonnaise
  • 1 tbs garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Split chicken breasts in half. Pound each piece with a meat hammer until even.
  2. Sprinkle with salt.
  3. Spread Mayo on both sides of each piece of chicken.
  4. Mix panko, parmesan, and garlic powder. Coat each piece of chicken in the panko/parmesan mixture.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F.
  6. In a single layer, place chicken in the air fryer.
  7. Cook for 15 minutes, turning once after 10 minutes.
